Payment
- We accept Card payments only.
- All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor Stripe.
Shipping
- Item will be dispatched within 24 hours after the payment has been received. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
- We will dispatch the item to a regular service by Australia Post. It normally takes 4-6 business days upon the arrival.
- Please note that item purchased on weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Other Terms & Conditions
- All items will be checked before sending to the buyer. All must be in good condition and function properly.
- We are not responsible for any damages, loss or delay in posting during shipment.
- If there is any problem with the received item, please kindly contact us through e-mail before leaving any negative or neutral feedback. We will try our best to solve the problem.
- We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to the wrong address.
Warranty and Return
- If you have any questions or doubts after receiving the purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- 30 days warranty from the purchased date. Please contact us before returning the defective item.
- Items, which have physical abuse, are not covered by the warranty. Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 14 days upon receipt.
- Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.
- Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories. Buyers MUST contact us for the returning address.
- In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund unless mistake made by the seller.
- We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
